•  Q2: What kind of glassware do you specialize in?
   A: We focus on custom glassware, especially handmade designs. Our advantage is offering creative designs at competitive prices, perfect for B2B clients seeking premium or unique products.

• Q3: What information do I need to provide for a custom order?
  A: You can simply send a picture, sketch, or describe your idea, including shape, capacity, color, or style. Based on this, we will design a full product collection, such as coffee & tea cups, jugs, tumblers, steamware, bowls, cake plates, vases, candy pots, and more.

• Q4: Will you sell my customized products to other customers?
  A: No. To protect your business, customized products will not be sold to others without your permission. We also offer the option to sign an exclusive contract for your designs.

• Q5: How can you guarantee quality?
  A: We provide pre-production samples for your approval. Our QC team conducts inspections after production.

• Third-party or on-site inspections are also welcomed to ensure compliance and quality standards.

• Q6: Which certificates do your products have?

• A: For customized designs, we can apply for patent protection certificates, ensuring that your design cannot be copied by other companies or factories.

• Q7: Where is your factory located?
  A: Our factory is located in Anhui, China.

• Q8: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
  A: Yes, we can customize products according to your requirements.

• Q9: Do you provide samples? Are they free?
  A: Yes, we provide samples free of charge for evaluation. For customized sample,it would request sample fee.

• Q10: What is your payment term?
  A: Our standard payment term is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against B/L copy for regular goods.

• 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before shipping for customized goods.

• Q11: What is your MOQ?

• A:  Customized orders for machine made glasses: 30,000–80,000 pcs

•       Customized order for hand made glasses : 500~1000pcs

•      Stock orders: as low as 5,000 pcs

• Q12: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
  A: We are a manufacturer with a trading office in Zhuhai, providing direct factory solutions with professional support.

• Q13: How long is your delivery time?
  A: Customized orders: around 30 days
